Pete Taylor

Our Principal Designer Pete Taylor has been involved in all forms of building design since 1980 and commended for his detailed house plans by builders, surveyors and council.
Pete’s qualifications include:

• Certificate of Architectural Design
• Certificate of Structural Engineering
• Diploma of Building Design & Project Administration
• Advanced Diploma of Building Design & Project Administration
• BDA Eco-Design Smart Building Designer
• Studied 3rd year Architecture at the University of Hawaii

The designs produced by taylor’d DISTINCTION reflect the dynamic nature of building design. Exceptional designs require enthusiasm and energy, combined with the ability to embrace new technologies and practices to maximise a project’s potential.

This passion for design drives taylor’d DISTINCTION.

Jaegan

Designer Jaegan joined our team during 2017. With a Diploma in Building Design and his knowledge of new technologies such as Revit and 3D visualisation software, he adds considerable depth to Taylor’d Distinction’s services.

Working closely with Pete during early concept design and building permit documentation, Jaegan’s strengths are his eagerness to learn and his fine eye for form & function.

Jaegan is motivated by the collaborative relationship that forms with the client throughout the design process to achieve a unique outcome for every client.

Manuela

Manuela recently joined the Taylor’d Distinction team, bringing a fresh perspective and a background in design from the University Torcuato Di Tella in Argentina, where she completed her Bachelor of Architecture.

Her interest lies in designing spaces that are not only practical and beautiful but also respond meaningfully to the environment and the people who use them.

With a love for collaborative work and design with purpose, Manuela is excited to contribute her perspective to the team and to continue growing as a designer.

Jane

Office manager Jane with a Diploma in Business Administration and Accounting, works in the office and behind the scenes to cover all the little jobs that magically get done.

Jane’s role covers all aspects of administration and varies each day, right up to the big tasks supporting the design team at Taylor’d Distinction.
