The original pre 1946 cottage was in a state of disrepair and the client realised an opportunity to respectfully revitalize and extend the cottage into a “modern” character home.
The cottage was lifted to allow bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and family room to be added. The existing upper floor was reconfigured to provide modern conveniences and external entertaining spaces within the context of a gorgeous Queenslander residence.
